Please respect the level of commitment our staff and educators have and understand they also run their own practices and live their lives, so if you have any issues with communication, please reach out to us.
Terms and conditions:
- Please read all refund policies when purchasing courses.
- We are always updating our website and information as best as we can. If you notice something is not quite right or could be better, please let us know!
- All published materials, course documents and manuals are intellectual property of MLD Institute International. Duplicating or using any of our material without written consent is strictly prohibited.
- When communicating on social media or any of our free sessions, bullying, hate speech or aggravated behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
- If any aggressive behavior is recognized, the user will be removed from our contact list and blocked from our social media pages.
- Feel free to share any you tube videos or Facebook posts. Access to our recorded sessions are for registered subscribers only.
- MLD is a manual therapy that can be applied by anyone. Care-givers and family members and all medical professionals are welcome to join us and learn. If you do not have a license to apply manual therapy, you are not permitted to advertise or charge for these services. All certified MLD therapists will be verified and held to a high standard working within their scope of practice. Please observe professional standards of your practice as well as respect those that have achieved licensed status to provide these services.
- Content in our courses and seminars including free sessions are for verified instructors of MLD Institute International to teach. Under no circumstances, are students permitted to teach this material without verification or approval by the institute.
- MLD Institute is registered with CE broker and NCTBMB for continuing education credits for many of their courses. Please check and verify CE status before committing to a class if you are in need of CEUs. Documentation will be furnished upon request to submit the class for consideration with your professional board if we are not credentialed with your organization or state. This process is ever changing and it is the responsibility of the student to verify this status before registering. Please reach out if you have any questions.
Return and Refund Policy
Course refund policy:
Refund Policy: A full refund less processing fees will be issued if cancelled within 30 days of class. A refund less a $100 processing fee will be given if you cancel within 2-4 weeks of class, or you can choose to have the full amount as a credit for future classes. Should you cancel within 2 weeks and your space cannot be filled, your full amount less $100 will be held as a credit for future classes.
Manuals:
Our manuals are distributed via download for printing by the student. Some classes offer a service to print and bind your manual for you at an extra cost. This option will be available at checkout.
